Before entering executive search, JW built his career inside the hospitality industry. He began in New York City's restaurant scene, working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, luxury hotels, and nationally recognized restaurant groups. That firsthand operational experience shaped his approach to recruiting and his understanding of what truly makes a hospitality leader successful.
Today, JW partners with founders, owners, executives, and hospitality organizations to identify and recruit exceptional leadership talent—from General Managers and Executive Chefs to Directors of Operations, Presidents, COOs, and CEOs.
