Depending on the specific job, we may reach out to hundreds of candidates before identifying a suitable pool of applicants for pre-qualification. As candidates express interest in the opportunity, we interview and evaluate prospects against the defined criteria for the open position. Our Executive Search Consultants narrow down the options, selecting only the most qualified candidates to present to the client. Our client receives fluid updates on the search as desired and we present our short list of pre-screened strong candidates. We then help coordinate the scheduling of interviews and conduct pre and post interview briefings with both candidates and clients.

Before the candidate commences their role, throughout the initial stages of employment, and even in the months following their hire, we like to maintain regular communication with both the Client and the placed candidate to ensure smooth progress. It is crucial to establish an effective onboarding program with the client, and if any challenges arise, they should be promptly addressed. We are committed to fostering long-term relationships with our partners, and in the unlikely event that a candidate does not work out in a role within 90 days, our team will backfill the position or another position of your choosing.
